Two starting points, one practical approach
If you already have a vehicle, discuss its size, payload, equipment, location and availability. If you have not bought a vehicle, start by planning the business and comparing costs before making a commitment. A vehicle purchase alone is not a business plan or a guarantee of work.

A clear commercial arrangement
One £250 monthly subscription covers one vehicle, with no monthly job-count cap. Cancel before renewal without a minimum term; service continues until the end of the paid period. Transport jobs are priced separately and AIM may retain a margin on arranged work. The rate offered to the operator and payment responsibilities are agreed before acceptance.
Suitable work depends on demand, location, vehicle suitability and availability. No number of jobs, earnings or profit is guaranteed. Professional advice, vehicle costs and supplier contracts are separate. Any agreed supplier referral payment will be disclosed; members remain free to choose their own suppliers.
